easy access to tokyo's best parks and renowned landmarks

I enjoyed this stay thanks to its proximity to Senso-ji, just a few steps away, and the Tokyo Skytree, which is only about a 10-minute walk. it felt like the entire city was right at my doorstep, making my weekend explorations so much easier.

staying at tabist was wonderful! we loved the quiet area in asakusa. it’s just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it super convenient. they always refilled toiletries and slippers, which was a nice touch. plus, there was a 7-11 nearby for snacks, and the bakery next door was oishi!

A tranquil retreat in Asakusa

Waking up to serene views of the Sumida River was a delight! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring Tokyo's sights.

However, the bed creaked a bit, making me cautious about disturbing my neighbors. The pillows could use some improvement for more comfort during the night.

Checking in early was a lifesaver for me, and the room felt more like a cozy apartment than a hotel, which I really loved! There are awesome chill spots in the lobby and a nice little garden to relax in. The only downside was some noise from the vents late at night, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

I appreciated the cozy and clean atmosphere of Tabist Urban Stays Asakusa. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. Its central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions like Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree.

A small coffee station would be welcome.

The single room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, which was awesome. The bed was comfy, and I had enough space for my two suitcases. It was peaceful, even being on the road side. I didn't hear any traffic. I also liked that there were plates and cutlery available. Great for when you grab food to eat in your room!

Solo travelers paradise

I gotta say the vibe here is kinda like an Airbnb but way better. The staff made my life easy by giving me the passcode instead of a key, no more fumbling around with keys while carrying my bags.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but nothing in Tokyo really is.

Make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor for a better view of the city.

The air conditioning worked great for heating, keeping the room comfortable during chilly evenings.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room felt a bit old and worn in places, which detracted from my overall experience. Additionally, the lack of a side lamp made the harsh lighting unbearable for reading or relaxing in the evening. Overall, it just didn't meet my expectations for comfort and ambiance.
